Swallowing Function Training
口唇运动训练:利用单音单字进行训练,要求患者尽最大能力张口发“a-u-i”音。也可练习吹蜡烛、吹口哨、缩唇、微笑等动作促进唇的运动,每日3次,每次5-10回。
Lip movement training: use single sounds and words in training; ask the patient to open their mouths and pronounce the sounds "a-u-i" as clearly as possible. To stimulate lip movement, they can also practice blowing candles, whistling, puckering their lips, and smiling. This should be done three times a day, with a frequency of 5-10 each time.
舌体运动训练:舌做前伸、后缩、侧方按摩颊、清洁牙齿、卷动主动活动,用压舌板在舌上进行压、滑动刺激,舌抵压舌板练习抗阻运动。每日1-2次,每次5-10回。
Tongue movement training: stretch the tongue forward and retract it, massage the cheeks sideways, clean the teeth, and roll the tongue (active movements); press and slide the tongue depressor on the tongue to stimulate it; do resistance exercises by pressing the tongue against the tongue depressor. This should be done 1-2 times a day, with a frequency of 5-10 each time.
吞咽训练:用冰冷的湿棉签刺激软腭、腭弓、咽后壁及舌后部,连续反复5次。
Swallowing training: stimulate the soft palate, palatal arch, posterior pharyngeal wall and posterior tongue with cold wet cotton swabs for 5 consecutive times.
